A series of half-day and full-day Nonprofit Management Seminars help
founders and managers of nonprofit agencies transition from the
'excitement of birth' to the 'realities and opportunities of
adulthood.' Seminar topics range from deciding whether to start a
new organization, media and marketing, friendraising and
fundraising, staff relations, volunteer management, and event
planning.
CONSULTING
The "Doctor Is In" 2-hour consultations with Executive
Directors or Board Presidents provide a fast, efficient, affordable
'agency health check-up' to determine your agency's strengths and
discover areas that might be in need of strengthening. One-on-One
Consultation is also available on an as-needed or ongoing basis.
Presentations covering a variety of topics can be arranged during
Board and Committee meetings. Assistance with Grant Research,
Writing, and Critique; as well as Public Relations Campaigns is also
available.

MEDIA GUIDE
The Guide is a comprehensive source of media that offer free
publicity opportunities to nonprofit organizations in the extended
Prescott tri-city area. Includes contact information for more than
40 print media, radio and television stations, as well as online
publications serving the extended Prescott area. In addition to
addresses, phone and fax numbers, the Guide includes email and
website addresses, contact names, publication dates and deadlines,
the focus of the publication, special opportunities for media
coverage, and a checklist for writing Public Service Announcements.

This monthly nonprofit management newsletter for staff and board
members is THE local source for information on board and staff
development opportunities, job openings, meetings, events, and media
updates in the extended Prescott area. The newsletter, sent via
email, is available free to every staff and board member in your
